4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing Structure

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with the following rates:

• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Display & Retargeting Leads: $60 per qualified lead

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

• Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws

6. Service Level Agreements

6.1 Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet your specified qualification criteria. If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes

Lead delivery timeframes vary based on campaign complexity and target market specifications, typically ranging from 7-14 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

Aerozen's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. All outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas.
